What a week!

This past week was full of activity. First my husband and sister-in-law had a birthday. (Since they share the same day pretty easy to remember.) JW and I took some time together. He had a birthday milkshake and I had a cappuccino from Starbucks at the new Target. (I just love Target! )

JW got to spend some much needed time off on Saturday while I helped Don with his theatre class. It's only an intro class but man are they having to do a ton of work. I stayed afterward and spent time with my sis Jen and my 'daughter' Rachel. (she really is Jen's daughter but is so much like JW and I it's kinda scary. Of course we would have been like 14:) )

Sunday was the usual coffee shop, church and rehearsal for Christmas day. Very tiring. So glad that NOW (Night of Worship) was canceled. I was beat.

Monday night was a great night for XS. XS is our youth group. What a great bunch of teenagers, even those who don't realize it.

Tuesday was of course the big dress-day. JW and I love costumes. We dressed for our church's annual Harvest Fest. JW went as a Pirate, argh! and I went as a Japanese Lady. The pics a bit blurry but you get the idea. It was my nephew, Ethan's first Halloween. Amber had him dressed as a Bumble Bee and she was dressed to match. They looked so very cute.

Wednesday I had my third Remicade infusion. It went well. It takes like 3 hours to complete. (it is an injection to treat symptoms of Crhon's) At the end it was kinda funny. On either side of me were people who had just come out of a procedure and had heart monitors on. Well being my quirky self thought out-loud that I felt like I was in the middle of a Pong game and I was the ball. Well, it was funny to me. Looking forward to this weekend. JW has something special planned and told me to have my camera ready. Can't wait.
